A 30 minute window is required between Functions/Events, please take this into account when considering the times of your request. Also allow time for setting up before and clearing up at the end of the function.
Morning slot for a Party is 10:00 to 13:00
Afternoon slot for a Party is 13:30 to 16:30

Please note that the Hall Management Committee are currently not accepting evening bookings for functions etc.
Also we can only cater for Childrens Birthday Parties at weekends
The Hall booking system is run by volunteers on behalf of the Hall Management Committee and is not manned in regular office hours, however they will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours.
